The statue
The Coalition describes the statue as a diorama of Marcus and Dom inside a collapsing structure. Marcus grabs hold of his falling friend, who lands a headshot on a Feral Wretch climbing out of an emergence hole below.
It reverses a moment from the 2024 announcement trailer on purpose, so that Marcus could be shown holding the Prototype Chainsaw Lancer, the weapon whose origin the game covers. A blood-spattered Crimson Omen is carved into the back, and a battery-powered red light glows from the hole.
The tags, photo and box
The tags belong to Carlos Santiago, Dom’s brother and Marcus’s friend, whose death hangs over the story. They are engraved with his name and an “ES” marking for the Embry Star, the commendation he received after dying at Aspho Fields. The studio says they are laser-engraved, matched to the in-game model and hung on a heavy chain.
The photograph shows Dom, Carlos and Marcus together in happier times and appears in the game itself. The SteelBook shows Marcus on one side and Dom on the other, each holding those tags.
The box doubles as a display stand. A drawer beneath the statue holds the tags and is inscribed with a line from the COG oath: “I shall hold my place in the machine.”
Platforms and the game copy
There are two versions. The Xbox Series X version includes the game on a physical disc. Steam buyers receive a digital code instead. No other version is listed.
Both versions include the Premium Edition content and the pre-order bonus. People who pre-ordered also received a code by email for early access to the August open beta.
If your statue arrived damaged
On September 29, 2026, The Coalition said a small portion of customers had reported statues arriving with damaged components and that it was investigating.
- Photograph the damage and keep all packaging.
- Contact the retailer you bought from and submit a request, so the order is documented.
- In North America, the UK and the EU, the support post directs you to DPI’s request form.

Before you buy
- Quantities are limited and availability varies by region.
- Decide between the Xbox Series X disc version and the Steam code version; they are separate products.
- Have three AAA batteries ready for the statue’s light.
- If you only want the in-game content, the digital Premium Edition includes the same items for $99.99.
